Installing a Postscript Print Driver
To make a postcript file, it is necessary to install a PostScript
print driver.
1. At the Windows Start menu go to Settings and click on Printers this
will display the current print drivers installed on your system.
2. Double-click the Add Printer icon.
3. A dialogue box will be displayed, this is the Add Printer Wizard
click on the
Next• button.
4. The next dialogue box asks how this printer is attached to your
computer, click on Local printer and click Next•

5. This box allows you to choose from various print drivers that are
available. In the Manufacturers: window choose Linotronic and in the
Printers: window choose Linotronic 330. Click on Next•.
6. The next box instructs you to click the port you want to use with
this printer.
Click on FILE: and then click on NEXT•.

7. At this point you are instructed to name the printer. You can change
the name or leave it as the default. Click on Next•.
8. The next window asks you to print a Test Page, click NO and then
click on Finish.
9. The new printer is now displayed in the Printers window You can
now create PostScript files using the Linotronic print driver and the
instructions supplied on the reverse.
